Stewart acknowledged having engaged in numerous acts of misconduct violative of NMSA 1978, Code of Prof. Resp. (Repl. 1985) but argued that certain mitigating factors would preclude the imposition of the sanction of disbarment, the Court adopts the findings, conclusions, and recommendation of the disciplinary board and imposes disbarment.
